Gregory’s Resort Motel & Cabins offers convenient accommodations close to Lake Shelbyville, nearby shops, wineries, state parks, hiking, and much more. Just 1/4 mile from the Lithia Springs Marina and boat ramp.
We are the closet possible accommodations to the Lithia Springs Marina, boat ramp, fish cleaning station, and campground. Located off the main road the atmosphere is unbeatable. Around the motel and parking there is electric for boat hookups. Our covered pavilion provides a fun space to grill, play games, and hang out.

Starting August 19th the store hours will be reduced to the following:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday & Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Labor Day weekend hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Monday Sep. 2nd: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday Sep. 3rd: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Accommodations
Almost all of our rooms have new laminate flooring. Each year we work to renovate and update the motel and cabins. All of our rooms have been painted to give a cottage feel! Check out our rooms under gallery!
Boat Safety
Gregory’s carries life jackets, orange safety flags required for water sports, and many other boating necessities. Stop in to stay safe grab the supplies you might need before heading out on the water! We also carry various boating parts, and if we don’t have it, we can order it!
Breakfast
Biscuits and gravy is currently served daily from 8:00am until 10:30am.
Omelettes, eggs to order, bacon, sausage, etc. will be available Saturday & Sunday.
Smoothies are available all day, everyday!
Weekday Special
We are currently running a weekday special for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday or Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Stay two nights, get the third for 50% off!
