To make a reservation we need name, address, phone number, number of people in your party and credit card information.
Cancellations must be made at least twenty-one (21) days in advance of arrival date to avoid being charged for reservations.
- Payment is due seven days before arrival.

- No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. *

- All visitors please register at the office located in store: accommodations and facilities are for registered guests only.
- Please check with office before inviting visitors.
- Advance reservations have a two night minimum.
- Holiday weekends have a three night minimum.
- Prepayment is required and is non refundable.
- Accommodations are non smoking. (ashtrays outside). All rooms are non smoking.
- Limited occupancy in accommodations.
- Extra Person over age 18 – $10.00 per day. *
- Check-in is at 3:00P.M.*
- Check-out is at 11:00A.M.*
- Extra Charge for early check-in and/or late check-out (when available). Please let us know if you would like either in advance. Early check in after 11 AM is $7.50. Late check out between 11 and 1 PM is $15.00.
- Extra fees for Single night stays applicable.
- No fish cleaning in room or on property

Refund will be made only if the reservation can be completely filled. Sorry we are not responsible for inclement weather.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property of Gregory’s Resort Motel and Cabins and contents incurred during their stay. Renter shall hold harmless Gregory’s Resort Motel against any liability for personal injury and/or loss of property while on the premises.
You are responsible for any damage or repair costs caused by you or anyone in your party. If you move anything please put it back.

A minimal $35.00 cleaning fee is applied to all rooms with pets.
