  Limited Pets in rooms by permission only.  Pet fee $30.00

To make a reservation we need name, address,   phone number,  # people in your party and credit card information. 

Cancellations must be made twenty-one (21) days in advance of arrival date to avoid being charged for reservations.

• Accommodations are non smoking. (ashtrays outside)
• Limited occupancy in accommodations.
• Extra Person over age 17 - $10.00 per day*
• Check-in is at 3:00P.M.*
• Check-out is at 11:00A.M.*
• Extra Charge for early check-in and/or late check-out (when available)
• No fish cleaning in room or on property

Cancellation Policy: cancellations must be made 21 days in advance of arrival date to avoid being charged for complete reservations. The cancellation fee is $20.00. Refund will be made only if the reservation can be completely filled.

Liability: Renter is liable for any damage to the property of Gregory’s Resort Motel and Cabins and contents incurred during their stay. Renter shall hold harmless Gregory's Resort Motel against any liability for personal injury and/or loss of property while on the premises. You are responsible for any damage or repair costs caused by you or anyone in your party. If you move anything please put it back.
